Eligibility and Use of the Website

Our products are intended for consumers in the United Kingdom only. We do not sell or ship internationally.

You agree to use the Website lawfully and not to misuse it, interfere with its operation, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it.

We sell food supplements, including magnesium bisglycinate and L-theanine capsules.

All products:

• Are foods, not medicines

• Are manufactured in the UK

• Are supplied in sealed, tamper-evident pouches

Food Supplement Disclaimer​

Food supplements are not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Orders and Payment​

All prices are displayed in GBP (£).

We are not VAT registered, and VAT is therefore not charged.

Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering using the payment methods available through Wix Payments.

An order is not accepted until you receive an order confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for any reason, including pricing errors or stock availability.

Delivery​

We deliver within the United Kingdom only.

Delivery times are estimates only. We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 business days, with standard delivery typically taking 3–5 business days.

Risk of loss or damage passes to you when the goods are delivered to you or a person nominated by you.

 

Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)​

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of the day you receive your goods, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us by email at support@erynoq.com within the 14-day period.

Returns and Hygiene Exception​

Due to health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of food supplements where the tamper-evident seal has been broken, the pouch has been opened, or the product has been used.

Unopened and unused products in their original sealed packaging may be returned within the 14-day cancellation period.

You are responsible for return postage unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or evidence of return.

Faulty or Incorrect Products​

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.

If a product is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us at support@erynoq.com. We will arrange a replacement or refund as required by law.

Subscriptions​

If you choose a subscription option, you authorise us to charge your selected payment method at the price and frequency displayed at checkout.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account or by contacting support@erynoq.com. Cancellation will take effect from the next billing cycle, provided cancellation is made before the renewal date shown in your account.

No minimum commitment applies unless clearly stated at checkout.

Changes to Products and Pricing

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products, prices, or Website features at any time.

Price changes will not affect orders already accepted.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wilco Holding Ltd against any claims arising from your misuse of the Website or breach of these Terms.

 

Force Majeure​

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including postal delays, strikes, supplier issues, or regulatory actions.
