Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy forms part of our Terms & Conditions and applies to all orders placed on www.erynoq.com (the “Website”).

Delivery Area

We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

We do not ship internationally at this time.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1 business day (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Orders placed:

  • After 2pm,

  • On weekends, or

  • On public holidays

will be processed on the next working day.

During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly extended. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you using the details provided at checkout.

Delivery Method

All orders are shipped using Royal Mail Tracked 48.

Royal Mail Tracked 48 aims to deliver within 2 working days after dispatch, including Saturdays in most areas. Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by Royal Mail and are not guaranteed.

Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

While most orders arrive within the expected timeframe, delays may occur due to factors outside our control (such as postal service disruption or adverse weather conditions).

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Any free delivery promotions or minimum order thresholds will be clearly stated on the Website.

Risk and Ownership

Ownership of the goods passes to you once full payment has been received.

Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery to the address provided at checkout.

It is your responsibility to ensure that your delivery address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect address details provided by you.

If delivery is attempted and refused, or if a parcel is not collected from a Royal Mail delivery office or designated collection point, we reserve the right to deduct any return postage costs from any refund issued.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your order has not arrived within a reasonable period after dispatch, please contact us at support@erynoq.com.

We may:

  • Confirm delivery details,

  • Initiate an investigation with Royal Mail, and

  • Request that you allow reasonable time for the carrier to complete its tracking process.

If a parcel is confirmed lost in transit, we will offer a replacement or refund in accordance with your statutory rights.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of receipt, providing your order number and photographic evidence where possible.

Where goods are confirmed to be faulty or incorrectly supplied, we will offer a replacement or refund in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Circumstances Beyond Our Control

We are not liable for delivery delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Royal Mail service disruption

  • Severe weather

  • Industrial action

  • Technical or system outages

If a delay is substantial, you may contact us to discuss available options.
